The Lakers fans are furious with the team's General Manager and owner, Jeannie Buss, as they haven't shown up to have a real plan while building the roster for the upcoming season. With HC Darvin Ham having to improvise having to lineup together the guards Patrick Beverley and Russell Westbrook, the Lakers won't have any shooting game.

Even after LeBron has been practicing his 3-point-shooting game and could become handy from time to time, the reality is that is just not what James does best, and this late in his career, LeBron is not going to change his playing style.

In a recent clip where ESPN's analyst Brian Windhorst talked about how the absence of a plan from the Lakers now has to utilize Russ and Pat Bev but for Windhorst, it doesn't make sense at all. With not having a Russell trade that makes sense at the moment, the Lakers are forced to have the two guards simultaneously.

These comments only set fire on Lakers fans to keep writing and commenting on how bad this year's Lakers roster is and how Pelinka needs to make something significant soon; as of right now, his management has been terrible.

Rob Pelinka is failing on his promise to LeBron James.

Early this offseason, Lakers GM Rob Pelinka was trying to "seduce" LeBron James to sign an extension as James was thinking about the possibility of becoming a free agent. And one of the main promises Pelinka made was to build a competitive team around LeBron to contend for the NBA title. Still, the Lakers roster isn't strong enough to compete for the Championship, and at the moment, Rob is letting down LeBron on his promise.
