The LA Lakers struggled to get the win against the Wizards but thanks to Anthony Davis the victory was possible as he had a monster performance by scoring 40 points and being dominant in both ends of the court.

On Wednesday, LeBron James was unstoppable against the LA Clippers, this Thursday night it was Anthony Davis's turn to have an outstanding performance to lead the team to the win, and despite taking it to overtime, AD delivered.

Davis has now revealed the mindset he played with tonight, "Tonight I tried to come out and be aggressive and make sure we get the win." Anthony Davis spoke about his 40-point performance.

AD played 41 minutes and had 14/22 FG, 12/13 FT, 15 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 3 blocks, and 40 points to help the Lakers get the win as he said he wanted to. The Lakers current starting lineup now is 7-1 this season.

The LA Lakers' new point guard Spencer Dinwiddie hasn't been good since arriving in LA but tonight he finally helped the team scoring ten points and helping the team to beat the Wizards.
