The Los Angeles Lakers finally have nailed their starting lineup with the current players missing games including Jarred Vanderbilt who many believe should be in the lineup as he was part of the reason last season the team made it to the WCF.

Now that the Lakers have many absences, including point guard Gabe Vincent, GM Rob Pelinka signed in the buyout market the point guard Spencer Dinwiddie. Ham was quick to express his willingness to play with the new Lakers a 3-guard lineup to close games including D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves.

But when asked about it, AR was surprised as he hadn't heard about it. “Ummm….you sayin’ that is the first time I heard that,” Reaves said. “But at the end of the day, anytime you’re on the court, you compete to win. … Assuming that the other two are Bron (LeBron James) and A.D. (Anthony Davis), that’s in my opinion a really talented five that can do a lot of different things and compete at a high level.

“But like I said, the last couple days is really just tryin’ to get him (Dinwiddie) comfortable. One, just bein’ himself and not really trying to fit in too much. We want him to go be himself.”

LeBron James also spoke on how the Lakers have improved

LeBron on what he likes about how the Lakers have been playing: "We haven't turned the ball over. Offensively, everybody has been sharing the ball, everybody has been in a good rhythm. And then defensively, we've been on a string and if anything breaks down, the Defensive Player of the Year cleans it up for us. So definitely playing some good ball."
