Despite the NBA stars making millions of dollars during their careers, not everyone, even other sports athletes can make it to the billionaire club, despite being super popular like the Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry.

LeBron James has been able to become the only active NBA player to join the exclusive billionaire club, this is thanks to his earnings as a player but most importantly his endorsement deals and investments in all kinds of business have made him able to cross that line.

James has a net worth of around 1.1 billion dollars, the other NBA player, better said, former NBA player and basketball legend to be a billionaire is Michael Jordan who has a fortune of more than 2 billion, but both stars have now been joined by no other than the showtime era legend Magic Johnson.

Magic learned from Dr. Jerry Buss and now co-owns four different sports franchises and has other investments that have helped him to ammas an impressive fortune and now according to Forbes he is a billionaire. Magic has joined Tiger Woods, MJ, and LeBron as the 4th athlete to cross the billion-dollar mark.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi haven't been able to become billionaires

Despite having made more than a billion dollars each during their careers, neither Cristiano Ronaldo nor Messi has been able to have that much net worth because of their millionaire spending compared to what the other four athletes have been able to make.
