Team USA continues their undefeated path at FIBA World Cup and the odds are looking in their favor to win the gold. Austin Reaves continues to shine, this time with a new role given by coach Steve Kerr.

Reaves is now not scoring as much as before but continues to be one of the best players in the team, contributing to getting the win in each contest the United States faces.

Recently, news surfaced by NBA insider Jovan Buha who asked Reaves about him recruiting for the LA Lakers in Team USA, and while the guard first responded that he couldn't talk about it, he ended up accepting doing it.

Austin has now backed up from his previous statement and has denied being 'recruiting' for LA. "Not me. I would never... I say the LA weather is good. And that's it." Said Reaves on whether he's been recruiting his Team USA teammates to the Lakers.
