Besides Darvin Ham & Anthony Davis, the Laker who has experience with Christian Wood

The Los Angeles Lakers continued their trend of having great offseason signings, this time, GM Rob Pelinka delivered another winning by landing Christian Wood, one of the best offensive centers in the league for the vet minimum.

One of the reasons why the Lakers were able to sign Wood for the minimum was because the league had "given up" on Christian because of his bad reputation of being a player hard to deal with.

The Lakers believe that they can make the big man work with them, not only because Anthony Davis already has worked with him, but the same goes for coach Ham, but another name has been revealed to be part of the center's past.

One person on our coaching staff who has experience in coaching Christian Wood besides Ham, is Lakers Assistant Coach JD DuBois. Seems like he’s excited for C Wood here in LA.

Christian Wood wants to become the starting center for Coach Ham

One of the reasons why Christian decided to sign with the Lakers was that he believed to had a shot at becoming the starting center later in the season. This is possible thanks to Anthony Davis requesting the Lakers front office to get help in the five position.
