The late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant was one of a kind and we'll never see in the sport anything like the black mamba. Kobe and his mindset were what separated him from the rest, many have attempted to imitate it but no one has or will match it.

The new Phoenix Suns star Bradley Beal, has revealed to Matt Barnes the hilarious anecdote about how Kobe Bryant only needed to hiss to his teammates to get the basketball.

“Y'all heard him hiss before, huh? Like hiss for the ball. It's my first game playing against him; he's on the wing. Sasha had the ball… all of a sudden, he hissed, and all of a sudden, the ball was in his hands. I said, ‘Oh my god, that's all you got to do to get the ball?’” Bradley recalled.

Matt Barnes busted out laughing while listening to Beal's story. He also witnessed Kobe hissing for the ball during his two-year stint with the purple and gold. Matt even revealed that Kobe would get irked at his teammates if they couldn't hear his "hiss," regardless of how loud the arena was.

What Matt Barnes added to Bradley Beal's story goes beyond

“It don't matter how loud the arena is. You're gonna hear that motherf*cking hiss and the ball better be in his hands in the next 3-5 seconds. If you have the nerve to shoot and miss after he hisses, go back and watch the film of Kobe's face,” Barnes added. “He might look at you crazy even if you made it, but if you miss, if looks could kill, you'd be struck dead on the court."
