More than three years ago, the Lakers fans, suffered one of the most hurtful losses, the tragic passing of Kobe Bryant in a helicopter crash accident. To this day, Kobe is still missed and beloved by all the Lakers Nation.

Today would've been the 45th Birthday of the Black Mamba, the greatest Lakers star that has ever lived. Bryant is still missed and remembered, and one international superstar, rapper Drake, recently gave a concert in LA at Kobe's 'home' the Staples Center (now called the Cryto.com Arena), and had a moment to give a tribute to the late great Laker.

"I was on Lil Wayne's tour bus... He said, 'I got this album... I want to play it for you. But we got to wait for somebody to get here first.' So I waited on the bus... Finally, this tall figure walks through the bus... and it's Kobe Bryant." Said Drake about the moment that he met the purple and gold superstar.

Drake caught a Kobe No. 24 black mamba edition jersey that a fan threw and continued his tribute to the Lakers legend. Kobe will never be forgotten in Los Angeles and the rest of the world.
