The Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant is the greatest player the franchise has seen, and he had one of the longest and more profitable careers in the NBA and LA with a 20-year run.
Kobe made a fortune in his time in the NBA, and with some investments and one of the most lucrative deals with Nike, he increased it, and now after two years of his passing, he continues to earn millions.
The late LA Lakers legend had a 7% stake in the BodyArmor energy drink and served on the company's board before his 2020 death. In November 2021, Coca-Cola agreed to buy out the 70% of BodyArmor it didn't own for $5.6 billion at an $8 billion valuation. Bryant's estate received a reported $400 million in proceeds from the sale.
Kobe Bryant had a net worth of 600 million when tragically passed alongside his daughter Gigi. Kobe was an 18X NBA All-star, a five times NBA champion, and a two-time NBA Finals MVP.
