The Los Angeles Lakers front office wasn't only able to pull off some great signings in the offseasons to give depth to the roster and make the team a serious contender by keeping the main core of last season but also solved the cap space problems of previous campaigns.
Because of that, and the last signing of Christian Wood, which many considered to be one of the best moves, as GM Rob Pelinka was able to land the big man with the veteran minimum, the NBA media believes the purple and gold "won" the offseason.
Now the players have to prove right Pelinka on the court, Meanwhile, the two-time Lakers champ Lamar Odom has positively reacted to what Rob Pelinka was able to do as he wrote on Twitter reacting to a post of Pelinka's 2023-24 Lakers contracts:
"Rob did the damn thing props to the big guy! Also, the edit on this is WILD please frame it and hang it up in the crypto arena for the great work." This comes after Lamar also posted on how Wood and the Lakers' moves make the team a real threat in the NBA for the 2023-24 season.
Regarding the latest Christian Wood signing, Lamar posted "That's a nice pickup to add to the Lakeshow. The squad is looking to be a real big-time threat this season!" Odom shows he is a Laker for life by rooting for the purple and gold.
