After three seasons of failure together, the Lakers and LeBron James are willing to leave that in the past and are looking to repeat the success of the 2019-2020 Championship. Lakers owner Jeanie Buss and LeBron James believe that the partnership will continue for at least two more years.

This past August, both parties agreed on a deal, and LeBron having faith in Jeanie Buss and GM Rob Pelinka on their ability to revert the situation, giving James a team with an opportunity to contend again, LeBron signed the extension.

For Buss, keeping LeBron is a priority for the Lakers, and while they have at least two more years, they are so happy with their superstar that they want him to wear the purple and gold jersey as long as he continues playing in the NBA.

While some doubts about this year's Lakers roster for the season, Jeanie Buss and LeBron James feel confident about returning from the situation and becoming a serious contender for winning the NBA Championship title. Lakers fans aren`t as optimistic, but having LeBron James by your side makes things balance your way, and Jeanie Buss knows it.

Having LeBron retiring from the Lakers could mean Bronny James would be a Laker in the future.

It is no secret that one long-time dream for LeBron and one of the last for him to accomplish is playing in the same team alongside his son Bronny. For this to happen, with Buss intentions on having LeBron James on the Lakers until LeBron retires, Jeanie could be thinking of having the James dynasty in the Lakers and making their star dream come true and make Bronny and LeBron play together wearing the purple and gold jersey.
