LeBron James has dominated the league for twenty years now and is going for his year 21 in the NBA, not only he is still playing, but is about to secure his legacy by having James continue to be in the league, but this time by his son Bronny James.

Bronny will be eligible for the 2024 NBA draft, and the Lakers star LeBron James has long stated he has the dream of playing alongside his son in the same team in the league.

This could be possible according to an NBA scout, with information via HoopsHype, as the Lakers won't pass on LeBron James' son Bronny if they can get a pick in next year's draft.

“I think Bronny will go in the draft because of who he is, and some team will really think LeBron will come if they draft him,” the scout told HoopsHype. “If the Lakers get a pick, they won’t pass on him. He’s a decent player. He’s better than some guys who may get picked ahead of him. He’s solid, not spectacular. He knows how to play. He can handle the ball well enough. If you leave him alone, he’ll drill a three. He reminds me of Austin Rivers as a player, and he’s stayed in the league for over a decade.”

The Lakers need to get a pick to select Bronny James

The New Orleans Pelicans can decide to either acquire Los Angeles’ 2024 first-rounder or defer and receive the team’s 2025 first-round pick instead. But there's still time for the Lakers to get a pick in order to team up LeBron and Bronny James.
