The Los Angeles Lakers have Anthony Davis and LeBron James as their two superstars, and after the breakout season Austin Reaves had and the current summer with Team USA he is becoming the third big star of the team, but the fans have placed their faith in another Laker to become another star for the team in the next campaign.

While Austin Reaves was the top priority for the Lakers, GM Rob Pelinka had his second priority on bringing back the Japanese wing Rui Hachimura, the forward who had an impressive postseason run with the team after training with Phil Handy.

Hachimura re-signed for three years and 51 million, stepped out of the Japanese National Basketball team skipping playing at FIBA World Cup to focus on his training and workouts with Phil Handy for the next campaign.

His offseason has made the fans get hyped about what the forward could bring to the team in the next season, and the fans have been vocal about it, believing Rui is about to be the next NBA star. Some still can't believe how Rob Pelinka traded Kendrick Nunn for Rui.

Rui Hachimura is set to become a starter over Jarred Vanderbilt

Jarred Vanderbilt did great in the close of the season and has been one of the best defenders on the team, but after the latest postseason, coach Ham is set to have Rui as the starting wing for the team.
