Austin Reaves may be focused on the Team USA training camp now, but he still got time to give a response to the recent comments his Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell made of him in the latest Pat Bev podcast.

Russell said that Reaves got a game and that he loves to hang out with him, and that many basketball players believe Austin has no game until they see him on the court.

Austin has now replied by saying “I played one year of AAU and I’d get on the court. Then everyone would say ‘I got the white boy.’ And 3 or 4 possessions later, I’m giving them hell.”

Reaves has concurred with D-Lo's recent comments, but Russell is all praise to his teammate as both have made a great backcourt duo for the Lakers.

D'Angelo Russell could lose his starting role to Gabe Vincent

The Lakers have just signed Gabe Vincent and recent reports have the new PG having a realistic shot of 'stealing' the starting role to D'Angelo in the upcoming training camp.
