It seems the LA Lakers are having locker room problems as the situation between coach Darvin Ham and his players has been fractured due to his stubbornness and constant mistakes, especially with his latest starting lineup.

NBA insider Jovan Buha said "Eyebrows were raised with the Lakers internally when Ham made that new starting lineup change. Ham doesn't want to give up on his new lineup which he called a "level of stubbornness with a coach," even when that lineup didn't look good in practice.

The Lakers will be facing the Charlotte Hornets team next and will likely beat them which will give Ham the justification to stick with the lineup which is set to be a major mistake.

The Lakers wanted to bring continuity back from last season but Ham has thrown that out the window, mentioning he still hasn't played their most successful lineup from last season.

The Lakers players have been vocal about being confused with their roles within the team

Several Lakers are becoming more vocal in their postgame about not knowing their roles and their fluctuating minutes. Rui has been the most vocal about it in the locker room. Hachimura has recently become part of the reported players to become a trading asset in the upcoming trade deadline.
