The newest LA Dodgers tribute to Kobe Bryant is the most emotional one yet

First, it was announced that the LA Dodgers will be honoring the late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant at "Lakers night" on September 1st with a custom black Kobe Bryant design jersey, but the newest announcement is the most heartfelt yet.

Today was announced by the Los Angeles Dodgers official X (Twitter) account that Natalia Bryant, the 20-year-old daughter of the late NBA legend, will be beautifully honoring her dad.

"Join us for a special @Lakers Night on 9/1 with Natalia Bryant throwing out the ceremonial first pitch!" the Los Angeles Dodgers post read, alongside a photograph of Natalia that was headlined "Lakers Night."

Natalia Bryant, also posted the news of her participation in the Sept. 1 event on her own Instagram page Tuesday. Kobe's daughter recently paid tribute to him on what would have been his 45th birthday. The model posted a sweet throwback photo of the athlete in a Dodgers hat and jersey, holding her when she was just a baby.

Kobe Bryant was a huge Dodgers fan

Kobe Bryant played his entire 20-year NBA career with the LA Lakers, but was a huge Dodgers fan. According to a report from the LA Times, the Dodgers also have a special edition Kobe jersey for that night.
