Ever since Kobe Bryant retired and established himself as one of the best NBA players ever and the greatest Laker of all time, fans have wondered when the LA Lakers would honor the legend with a statue outside of the Crypto.com Arena, a sentiment that only increased after his tragic passing three years ago.

The announcement finally came and the date selected for it couldn't be better, 2/8/24 which honors both Gigi Bryant with the No. 2 and Kobe Bryant for his jersey numbers worn with the purple and gold No. 8 and No. 24.

With the statue finally happening, the fans are now wondering what it would look like, and while it is known that the statue will include Georgina Bryant, there are three options on what pose Kobe Bryant will have.
