By James Brown
Los Angeles Lakers are the only team with many iconic legends on the roster. Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, Magic Johnson, LeBron James, and more.
But it also had some mistakes in trades and signings. So here are the top ten: the most recent one takes the ten spot, and of course, is Russell Westbrook having a horrible first season. Now he has the opportunity to redeem himself.
The 9th place is the signing of Smush Parker. The 8th is the trading for Steve Nash, another case that, on paper, worked, but the reality was different. The seventh place is the signing of Timofey Mozgov. No. 6 is the signing of Luol Deng.
The fifth place goes to the signing of Karl Malone. The trading for Kwame Brown takes fourth place for the worst Lakers trades and signings. The third is when the Lakers trade away Shaquille O'Neal. A big mistake to release him. The second place is Chicago Bulls icon Dennis Rodman who was just difficult, to begin with. And the number one and worst trade is the one the Lakers did for Dwight Howard.
The Lakers guard is in the top ten of worst trades and signings for the purple and gold franchise, but Russ will have the chance to redeem himself in a second season and make everyone forget about that horrid first campaign.
