There is still hope for the Lakers fans to see Westbrook being trade

The Los Angeles Lakers fandom community is strong; they have been spoiled with great teams along all the rich history of the purple and gold and have won about 17 championships; fans want their team always to compete.

This offseason has been disappointing for them, as the LA Lakers front office promised some significant moves, and nothing has happened. In addition, the fans have been vocal about wanting Russell Westbrook out of the team, as they don't think he fits and is worthy of wearing the purple and gold.

And while it seems that the LA Lakers are going to start training camp with the roster as it is now, there's still the opportunity of a Westbrook trade as the negotiations continue with 'ongoing talks' with Utah Jazz. And with Russ selling his LA house, the negotiations could be already further than what it has been thought. 

The trade involves Russ going to the Jazz and the player that the Lakers would welcome to their team is Bojan Bogdanovic, a name that has already been linked with the purple and gold this offseason. 

What could Bojan Bogdanovic do for the Lakers this season?

The addition of Bojan to the Los Angeles Lakers team roster makes a lot of sense as he is a giant wing who can shoot the ball, though he has his fair share of defensive limitations. But one big thing missing in the team now is shooters that could work. Still, nothing is set in stone yet.
