The Los Angeles Lakers had a tremendous round night to defeat the Memphis Grizzlies by a blowout and shut their players that liked to talk too much in their wins, which was only two in the series.
The purple and gold needed to close out the series vs. the Grizzlies this Friday night at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Thanks to D'Angelo Russell, did happen that way.
The Los Angeles Lakers not only defeated the Grizzlies but blew them up, that their starters got to rest early in the 4th quarter and now will have one less played game against their round 2 rival that is still unknown as the GSW and the Kings will play game 7 of their series.
D'Angelo Russell was nowhere to be found in most of the series vs. the Memphis, but tonight he decided to show up, and it was the best moment to have his highest performance of the playoffs so far. D-Lo scored 31 points, with 12-17 FG and 5-9 from 3.
The Lakers SG guard Lonnie Walker finally got his opportunity tonight, thanks to the team blowing up the Grizzlies, and showed he is a better 3-point shooter than Malik Beasley and should be the 2nd unit SG instead Malik.
