Despite having an improved roster from last season's group that made it to the Western Conference Finals, coach Darvin Ham's team rotations and small lineups continue to hurt the team.
The fans haven't been happy with what the coach has been doing, while the team still needs to develop chemistry, Ham's decisions haven't helped, as he has been underusing most of his players.
Some headsratching decisions like giving Gabe Vincent a lot of playtime while other players with better performances get limited playing time, and also using LeBron James at five with a 3 guards lineup has the team not winning against Sacramento.
Fans are wondering why the Lakers don't fire him and how much is Ham getting paid for his atrocious work so far. According to Sportskeeda, Ham signed a four-year deal that makes him around 3 to 5 million annually.
The Clippers have finally made a trade for James Harden and now they have a loaded backcourt and the next game for both teams is between them and the Lakers in a new edition of the battle for LA.
