LeBron James has been, for a long time now, one of the best players in the NBA. The players have been so dominant that he has been in the debate for the Greatest Of All Time for years now. Still, he is going to play for a couple more years, trying to end this debate once and for all. But he doesn't want his legacy to end there. He wants his two sons to keep the ‘James’ name  in the NBA for years to come.

The two young basketball players have been all over the news since LeBron James shared a video of the two playing in the same team for the first time ever. Now everyone is trying to figure out when the two teenagers will play in the NBA. That's why Sports Illustrated decided to make a cover of them.

Now, after the cover was revealed, LeBron James didn't wait to show off his opinion on his social media. The ‘King’ was also featured on the cover wearing a graphic t-shirt with the image on the cover where he appeared almost twenty years ago. That cover was also the inspiration for the latest issue, as James was presented as the ‘Chosen One’.

Now, despite LeBron James wanting his sons to carry on with his legacy, he will also want to make history with them. He revealed that he wants to play with his two sons in the NBA. This will make him play in the league until at least 2025 or ever after that, at age 40 or older.

LeBron James' chances to play after 40

LeBron James has defied time for the last couple of years, maybe not for his age but for his dominance in the league. However, injuries have affected him in the last couple of seasons and maybe a more serious one made him leave the NBA.
