One of the dreams of all young basketball players is to be able to face their idols at some point. Kobe Bryant comes to mind who admired Michael Jordan and had the opportunity to play against him. Kobe's admiration for Michael Jordan was so great that people joke to this day that Kobe stole his moves from Jordan.

Well, this season several young players will have the opportunity to meet and play against one of the players who most likely inspired them. That's the situation with Tari Eason. Eason was selected by the Houston Rockets in the most recent draft. The 21-year-old Virginia native had a very good college career at the University of Cincinnati and Louisiana State University, averaging 13.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.6 steals and 1.2 blocks per game during his college career.

Last Saturday, Tari Eason achieved one of his goals and got to meet and play on the same court as LeBron James. In the game organized by former NBA player Jamal Crawford for his CrawsOver league, Tari Eason had the opportunity to play against his biggest idol; LeBron James, who was his inspiration since he was a kid. "If you know me then you know today I achieved a lifelong dream playing and meeting my idol @KingJames appreciate you man fr" Eason post on twitter.

The excitement was not only his, his mom also showed her joy for having met and shared the court with King LeBron James. "He said 'Mom I told ‘em I’m on Bron. I knew he wanted the rack. I know his whole bag. There’s NOTHING he can’t do. I’ve been defending him in my mind since I was 3' Y’all, this was the greatest moment of my sons life. And it’s not even close".

LeBron will continue to fulfill dreams

LeBron James recently signed a contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers. The extension ties him to the team through 2024. This means that LeBron James will play at least until he is 40. Now, if we add that his desire is to share the court with his children, Bronny and Bryce James, he will probably play until he is 42 or 43 years old. This would mean that quite a few young players will have the opportunity to play in front of the player who inspired them to become basketball players.
